Kalitesi güzel. Markanın ticari ahlakı daha da güzel.

Marka yorumu: Sırt ağrıları sebebiyle girdiğim yatak arayışında bu marka ile tanıştım. Orta yumuşak olarak iyi geleceğini düşündüğüm için bu modeli tercih ettim. Kendileri de bu yatağın uygun olacağı yönünde bilgi verdiler. Yeterli süre kullandım fakat istediğim rahata varamadığım için kendileri ile iletişime geçtim. Rahat etmem için ellerinden gelenin fazlasını bile yaptılar fakat ben yine istediğim rahata varamadığım için iade etmek zorunda kaldım. İade sürecinde de herhangi bir problem yaşamadım. Merve hanım satın alma sürecinden iade sürecine kadar bütün aşamalarda sabırla yardımcı oldu. İade sebebi yatak değil tamamen benim kişisel durumum. Yatak ihtiyacı olduğunda ilk aklıma gelen markalardan olacak ve çevremdekilere tavsiye edeceğim. YATAK YORUMU: Yatak gerçekten orta yumuşak. Hibrit olmasının genel olarak iyi olduğunu düşünüyorum. Benim gibi daha yumuşak yatak arayanlara bir tık sert gelebilir. Sert yatak arayanlara da bir tık yumuşak gelebilir. Genel olarak özel bir isteği olmayan ortalama bir tüketici için fazlasıyla yeterli konforu sunacaktır.
